CRISS ANGEL: ANGEL OR DEVIL?

It’s been already one day since I came across an article about Criss being the anti-Christ. (Thanks, Morgan, for sharing).

I’ve read negative articles about Criss before. But this one really bothers me and I was kindda wondering why. I’ve admired other people before from a great movie, a song, a sport, being cool or just simply being so hunky and hot! I’ve discovered that I admire Criss for many reasons. It’s not just his magic and illusions. They are brilliant and amazing, but it’s the feeling he leaves behind after every performance. He inspires and mesmerizes, but also gives me an escape from reality for a brief moment. I need that sometimes in my busy life. I don’t experience much of that these days, unlike in childhood where everyday you get lost in the moment of make-believe and imagination. And dreams. I also admire him for his respect for people like his relationship with his family and fans, his love for kids and his encouragement to other magicians and illusionists, etc.
I don’t like to discuss religion but sometimes people can be so judgemental. I don’t think the writer really knows Criss, his work, Criss’s family, his fans, his charities, or what’s magic, illusion and reality. All I know is how most people here feel and what I feel. I don’t think Criss is of the devil. He is an angel. Our angel. And most of all, we’re not stupid. Oh yeah, I think that’s what bothers me most of all. I don't like being told what to think and how to feel.
